Absolutely. The information in your account is confidential and the payment system, as well as your reward miles, are secure. All information is transmitted through protected networks and the use of a PIN guarantees it is secure and remains confidential.

There are 3 easy ways to enrol in the program:

1. 1. Visit any Mirror Lounge Salon or Spa member and complete an enrolment form in store.

3. 3. Call 1 888 AIR MILES (247-6453)

If you enrol online, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your Collector Kit and card. If you would like to receive your Collector number immediately, call the AIR MILES service centre at 1-888-AIR MILES (1-888-247-6453). The service centre is open Monday-Friday 8 am - 9:00 PM your local time, Saturdays 9 am - 6:00 pm EST.

If you have concerns about your AIR MILES reward miles from a Mirror Lounge member transaction, there can be up to a three-month lag before reward miles appear on your statement. If the reward miles have still not appeared on your next statement, please contact us at 514 312-8321 or e-mail us at info@solnyx.com

Yes. In order to receive AIR MILES reward miles, you must present your Collector card at time of purchase. AIR MILES reward miles cannot be awarded if a verbal or written quote of the AIR MILES Collector number is given. The Mirror Lounge is unable to award reward miles on previous purchases.
